About Us
We are recruiters of care staff to meet the staffing needs of care related organisations. We are suppliers of both temporary and permanent Staff. We do not provide the care ourselves, but we recruit applicants, provide them with relevant training and make them ready to be placed in care homes, domiciliary agencies, supported Living services and more.
We follow employment laws and make sure that our recruited personnel meet all legal requirements and have been trained to acquire care skills, have their DBS checked and have the Right to work. We also supply personnel such as Personal Assistants to private clients at a one off fee.
What We Do
We supply care staff to organised care establishments such as Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Agencies and organisations that provide care related services.
We provide a service that allows such organisations to concentrate doing care whilst we take the burden of vetting applicants to for various positions.
We supports newly established care settings with their staffing needs.
We adopt a rapid response approach to fill vacant staff positions caused by emergency withdrawals such as sicknesses, and untoward circumstances. Giving peace of mind to care managers.
